Childbirth education (CBE) is a general term for the training parents receive to prepare for pregnancy, labor, postpartum and infant care. Studies show that the more knowledgeable mothers feel going into labor the lower levels of fear, tension and pain they report. This curriculum can be covered by hospital group classes, online or community services. As part of your CBE, you will receive a birth binder full of articles, worksheets and useful handouts that will be the foundation of your homework between classes.

Expect hands-on fun, supportive staff, and a mix of structured activities and open play. This is a space where campers can move, make, imagine, and grow.

Campers ease into the day with light games, creative prompts, and a welcome circle to set the tone.

Guided outdoor activities and free play to stretch, move, and soak up some fresh air.

Campers will be responsible for brining their own lunch, but we'll provide water and some additional snacks daily.

Hands-on time to explore the daily theme—whether it’s art, building, storytelling, or movement.

We'll end the day with a closing circle before campers head home for the evening.
Where to Find Us
Shuttle transportation is available to and from camp. Participants can be picked up near the York Street Subway Station on the F subway line. Subway access to the F, G, A, C, 2, 3 and B67.
